How does letting my property to CrewStays work?
You tell us about the property, we assess whether it suits contractor crews in that area, and if it does we agree terms and manage the lettings, guests and day-to-day running for you.
Who looks after the tenants and the property?
We do. We vet the companies we work with, manage check-in and check-out, handle cleaning and maintenance coordination, and act as the point of contact for any issue.
What kind of properties are you looking for?
Furnished or part-furnished houses and apartments with two or more bedrooms, ideally with parking, within reach of construction, rail, energy or infrastructure work.
Do I need any licences or certificates?
You need the usual legal requirements for letting — gas safety, electrical safety, EPC, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and any HMO or additional licensing your council requires. We check this with you before going live.
How quickly can my property start earning?
Once terms are agreed and compliance is in place, properties in areas with active demand can be let quickly. We will be straight with you about local demand before you commit.
